Negotiations and Reopening Schools and Worksites for the 2021 School Year
5.14.21-UASF Members Ratified the MOU. UASF held two informational meetings regarding the MOU on May 12th and May 13th. Sorry for any confusion in the invitation times. Members had until Friday, May 14th at noon to cast their vote on the MOU.
MOU has passed: 145 voted with 84% yes, 11.7% no and 4% abstentions.
5.11.21-Emmanuel, Joan and Caroline each spoke at the BOE meeting urging the commissioners to approve it. They approved it by a unanimous vote of 7-0.
UASF TA Reopening Schools and Worksites for the 202021 School Year.
5.13.21-UASF negotiation team met with the District and came to an agreement on Article 16, Duration of the Contract. We agreed to an extension of our contract through June 30, 2022. Our next session is scheduled for May 21, 2021.
5.10.21-Joan and Jolie met with the Unions of SFUSD. We shared bargaining updates for each unit, requesting the dates the units have scheduled for negotiations, and how we can work together to make sure MOU’s do not impact another unit’s working conditions.

2021-22 Administrator Calendar see page 2 for the bargaining unit member’s and their Supervisor’s Signatures. Note CBA Article C.5.3: Each UASF member shall submit his/her individual service calendar to his/her supervisor within 30 days of the administrator’s report date.
